朱本占
简历:
朱本占,中国科学院生态环境研究中心环境化学与生态毒理学国家重点实验室研究员,中国科学院大学教授,博士生导师,中国科学院生态环境研究中心-香港浸会大学环境科学联合研究所所长。1989年获中科院兰州化物所硕士学位,1999年获以色列希伯莱大学-哈达萨医学院(Hebrew University in Jerusalem - Hadassah Medical School)生物化学博士学位。1999年7月在美国Linus Pauling Institute进行博士后研究,2002年7月升为高级研究助教授。2006年入选中科院“百人计划”并在终期评估中被评为“优秀”, 2009 年获国家基金委“杰出青年基金”支持并在终期评估中被评为“优秀”。 主要从事的研究方向为: 自由基特别是羟基自由基、活性中间体、具有氧化还原活性的过渡金属离子/络合物与天然抗氧化剂化学生物学;新型自由基/活性中间体形成机理和DNA损伤等生物学效应;正常生理条件下即可发生的系列重排反应机理;“阴·阳离子对”的形成与活细胞核“DNA光开关”、“DNA光-电融合探针”及光动力抗癌药物;复合有机和无机环境污染物协同毒性/作用机理等;为典型的多学科交叉领域研究。其系统性研究成果丰富和发展了经典羟基自由基产生理论,在自由基产生机制方面有重要突破,推动并引领了污染物自由基化学的发展。代表性研究成果在国际权威学术期刊《美国科学院院刊》(PNAS)以难度最大的自由投稿方式连续发表五篇论文,被写入《Free Radicals in Biology and Medicine》经典教科书。代表性研究成果多次被Science等期刊作专栏或亮点/封面介绍, 入选中科院“十二五”重大科技成果及标志性进展(为资环领域唯一入选项目)。由于在自由基化学与毒理学方面的影响,应邀在美国著名的“Gordon研究会议”作50分钟大会报告,在“第14届国际自由基研究大会”作邀请报告,在“香山会议”、“双清论坛”等重要学术会议作专题报告;应邀担任美国化学会著名毒理学期刊Chem. Res. Toxicol.等多个学术期刊的编委或特约/专刊编辑;当选为中国环境诱变剂学会“活性氧生物效应专业委员会”副主任,中国生物物理学会“生物与医学自由基分会” 理事;作为学术带头人,2013年获国家基金委“创新群体”基金支持,2016年被评为“优秀”并获连续资助;荣获中科院“杰出科技成就奖”,顺磁共振发展奖励基金“杰出贡献奖”。
