  简历:

  1998年南京大学环境科学与工程系获环境化学方向博士学位,1998-2009南京大学环境学院工作,现为中国科学院生态环境研究中心研究员,博士生导师。研究方向为理论环境化学与污染物构效关系,主要从事有机污染物环境化学过程的理论模拟、构效关系及其在生态风险评价中的应用研究。利用生物信息学、计算化学和定量结构-活性相关技术,确定污染物环境形态,筛选生态毒性并建立其与生物靶点相互作用模型,分析毒性作用的分子机制,发展定量预测模型。近几年,在体内靶点选择及分子毒理、非单调剂量-效应关系形成机制等方面开展研究。
