The "Waste incineration and steel smelting dioxin pollution control technology and countermeasures" project has developed a dioxin inventory survey methodology with characteristics of my country’s industrial industry. The proposed dioxin emission inventory is included in the "National Implementation of the Stockholm Convention approved by the State Council" Implementation plan"; invented the technology of dioxin blocker in the incineration process of domestic waste, and carried out engineering application in the waste incineration plant; developed iron ore sintering raw material sorting, sintering process retardation, waste gas recycling and terminal adsorption to remove dioxin The integrated technology system and the application of sinter bed dioxin emission reduction technology have achieved significant emission reduction effects. The project results have played an important technical support role in national dioxin pollution control decision-making and implementation of international conventions. The project is mainly completed by the Ecological Environment Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the Environmental Protection Foreign Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, and China Science and Technology Industry Group (Holdings) Co., Ltd.; Zheng Minghui, Liu Wenbin, Liu Guorui, and Su Guijin are the projects The main finisher.
